Blood type diet

Therefore, the chemical reaction between the blood and the food eaten is an integral part of the genetic heritage.
According to the D’Adamo classification, the dietary needs of people with different blood groups are directly related to the evolutionary process.
Blood group I (0) is considered the oldest and most common. People with such blood are inborn “hunters”, meat consumers with a persistent digestive tract, an overactive immune system, poor adaptation to a new diet. To maintain energy and harmony, they need an effective metabolism. The best way to relieve stress for them is intense exercise.
The success of the diet proposed by D’Adamo for people with blood group I (0) is due to the consumption of lean dark meat (preferably beef and lamb), as well as poultry and fish. Dairy products and grains are less acceptable because the hunters’ digestive tract has not yet adapted to these products. Gluten (gluten) is also harmful for them – it slows down insulin metabolism and interferes with the effective use of calories.
The emergence of blood group II (A) is associated with the formation of landowning communities. Its owners are “farmers” and vegetarians with a sensitive digestive tract and a tolerant immune system. They adapt well to the environment and nutritional conditions. The best way to relieve stress for them is complacency (meditation). Agricultural products will help them to maintain their shape and performance.
A-people need organic natural food. And, first of all, they need to eliminate such a toxic product as meat from the diet. By the way, many, having ceased to eat it, begin to lose weight. After all, if in the body of “hunters” meat is burned like fuel, then in “farmers” it turns into fat. Milk food A-people also poorly assimilate – it provokes insulin reactions that slow down the metabolism. In addition, dairy products are rich in saturated fats, undermining the work of the heart and leading to obesity. Wheat A-people are allowed, but in moderation, otherwise the acidity of muscle tissue will exceed the norm.
But “farmers” are allowed to consume a huge amount of various natural products with low fat content, as well as vegetables and cereals. Among them are especially useful for them – vegetable oils, soy products, vegetables and pineapples. It has been observed that A-people literally bloom on vegetable proteins that are found in the fruits of legumes. And pumpkin and sunflower seeds, almond and walnuts are excellent additives to their diet. Normalize weight will help brown algae, seafood, iodized salt, liver, dark meat, spinach and cabbage. But you should choose only leaf and asparagus (broccoli), because cabbage, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower only add kilograms to them.
Blood group III (B) belongs to the “nomads”. It appeared when human tribes began to migrate to the north, in an area with a more severe climate. B-people have a powerful immune system and a tolerant digestive tract, as well as more free (unlike 0-and A-people) food choices. They are the main consumers of milk. And in order to preserve the shape and good mood, they only need to uniformly combine physical and mental activity. To get rid of stress, they need to build.
Corn, buckwheat, lentils, ground nuts (peanuts) and sesame seeds contribute to weight gain in people. They contain lectins that worsen the efficiency of metabolism and lead to hypoglycemia (a significant decrease in blood sugar levels after a meal). But if you exclude all harmful from the diet, the sugar will remain normal. There is a definite connection between the well-being of B-people and their absorption of dark meat. Experts claim that they will stop their rapid fatigue or frequent disruptions in the immune system as soon as they begin to eat lamb, mutton and rabbit instead of beef and turkey. By the way, chicken also does not bother to replace them with pheasant meat.
Nomads also react poorly to gluten, and therefore they are also not recommended for eating wheat and whole grains. Moreover, the combination of wheat, corn, buckwheat and peanuts (in the form of delicious cakes and buns) will have a truly devastating effect on their bodies. So, even when thin, wheat should be avoided. And leaning on a diet should be on green vegetables, meat, eggs, products, liver and liver, an infusion of licorice root (licorice).
